We went to a nearby state park during Thanksgiving break. It was a fun little escape! We took Pap John's pizza (my favorite!) and had a picnic. My little nephew, Isaac, found the pile of fire ants, but we saved him! We walked to the stream and played on the beach.
Renesmee liked to eat the sand! In the bottom left picture you can see Jennifer in the process of spitting out her pacifier to have a taste. Esme & Alice searched for sea shells.

Then we went to our camp site, built a fire, and sang songs. Edward made us chocolate cherry/apple dutch oven desert and we had smores (my favorite!). It was a fun night!
