She was so excited because she just gave it a little wiggle and it flicked right out.
The first tooth Esme lost got her $3 from the tooth fairy... Edward did it. Well, we were getting into a lot of trouble when Esme told the other kids. Edward's response was, "I got a dollar when I lost a tooth. I was sure inflation had kicked in!" So, the fairy repented and only leaves one dollar. Esme hasn't said anything, she's just excited for that one buck. What a doll!
